Download Issues
Download not starting Clicking the download button does nothing or shows an error
Solutions:
- Try using a different browser (Chrome recommended)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Check your internet connection
- Disable any ad blockers or VPN
- Try downloading on WiFi instead of mobile data
Download keeps failing or stopping Download starts but stops or fails before completing
Solutions:
- Ensure you have at least 50MB free storage
- Check if you have a stable internet connection
- Try downloading at a different time (off-peak hours)
- Clear browser downloads history and try again
Installation Issues
"App not installed" error Error message appears when trying to install the APK
Solutions:
- Enable "Install from unknown sources" in Settings > Security
- Uninstall any previous version of the app first
- Make sure you have enough storage space (50MB minimum)
- Restart your phone and try again
- Re-download the APK file (it may be corrupted)
"Parse error" message Error when opening the downloaded APK file
Solutions:
- The APK file is likely corrupted - delete and re-download
- Make sure your Android version is 6.0 or higher
- Check that the download completed fully
- Try downloading with a different browser
"Harmful app" warning from Google Google Play Protect shows a warning about the app
Solutions:
- This is a false positive - the app is safe
- Tap "Install anyway" to proceed
- The warning appears because the app isn't on Play Store
- You can disable Play Protect temporarily in Settings
Login Problems
Can't login - wrong password Login fails even with correct password
Solutions:
- Double-check your username and password
- Use "Forgot Password" to reset your password
- Check if Caps Lock is enabled
- Try logging in on the website first to verify credentials
Biometric login not working Fingerprint or Face ID doesn't unlock the app
Solutions:
- Re-register your biometric in app Settings > Security
- Make sure biometric is enabled in your phone settings
- Try using your password instead and re-enable biometric
- Update your phone's system software
Session keeps expiring Getting logged out frequently
Solutions:
- Enable "Stay logged in" option
- Check if you're logging in from multiple devices
- Clear app cache and login again
- Update to the latest app version
App Crashes
App crashes on launch App closes immediately after opening
Solutions:
- Clear app cache: Settings > Apps > Takaboss > Clear Cache
- Restart your phone
- Update to the latest app version
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Free up storage space on your device
App freezes during games Games stop responding or lag heavily
Solutions:
- Close other apps running in the background
- Check your internet connection
- Clear app cache
- Restart the app
- Try using WiFi instead of mobile data
App uses too much battery Battery drains quickly when app is open
Solutions:
- Close the app when not in use
- Disable live notifications for games you don't play
- Update to the latest version (battery optimizations)
- Reduce screen brightness while playing
Connection Issues
No internet connection error App shows offline even when internet works
Solutions:
- Toggle airplane mode on and off
- Switch between WiFi and mobile data
- Check if other apps can access internet
- Restart your router or modem
- Clear app cache and try again
Games not loading Games stuck on loading screen
Solutions:
- Check your internet speed (at least 1 Mbps recommended)
- Try a different game to rule out server issues
- Clear app cache
- Force close and reopen the app
- Update to the latest version
Payment Issues
Deposit not crediting Money deducted but not showing in balance
Solutions:
- Wait 5-10 minutes - deposits can take time to process
- Check your transaction history in the app
- Take a screenshot of your payment confirmation
- Contact customer support with transaction ID
Withdrawal pending for too long Withdrawal status stuck on pending
Solutions:
- Most withdrawals process within 24 hours
- First-time withdrawals may require verification
